Schubert’s Ave Marie played by three classical guitars with 2 of the guitars doing the running 3rds accompaniment while the lead classical guitar sings effortlessly over the bed of chords. The lead guitar not only plays the melody but adds tasteful ornamentation to the classic melody.

Although I released a 2 classical guitars with cello lead version of this on my Christmas CD, I had to have a shot at this melody as well. This may be the richest most lyrical melody ever written and every time I play it, it takes me away to another universe.
